Co-Founder
• Designed and developed cinema camera accessories (Industrial design, mechanical CAD/CAM, electrical design, firmware, and manufacturing)
• Designed and manufactured self-contained wireless lens motor system with custom brushless motor, cycloidal ball drive gear reducer, controller, amplifier and DC power regulation
• Developed a 3D camera control system for gathering 3D content on multiple cameras. Generated custom firmware, and embedded control electronics
• Developed a 360 degree multi-camera array for acquisition of immersive spherical background plates for use in virtual backlots

• Manufactured in-house injection molds, tooling and test fixtures in our 10,000 sq. ft manufacturing facility

• Built mechanisms and prototypes in addition to coordinating prototype fabrication with outside venders
• Coordinated with UL and FCC testing facilities for product certifications
• Designed PCB assemblies and prototyped microcontroller based embedded products
• Assembled numerous embedded SMD PCB design
• Managed projects for several high profile clients and saw products through to production in both domestic and international manufacturing facilities

• Developed large scale lightweight deployable structures with numerous active control mechanisms for internal research and external contract programs.
• Designed mechanical linkages, damper assemblies, and off-loading mechanisms for large solar arrays.
• Scratch built trajectory generating motion control SW/HW and closed loop control systems for active cable tension systems.
• Designed and fabricated electrical and mechanical assemblies for autonomous robotic offloading system
• Worked with small R&D team to bring a $2 million project to full scale customer demonstration in less than one year.
• Developed and built test systems for component level thermal stress-testing
• Fabricated test fixtures and wiring harnesses for flight hardware.
• Generated test specifications, assembly procedures, software specifications, and GD&T drawings for flight hardware.

• Refreshed industrial design on Catalyst series switches.
• Designed sheet metal enclosures and plastic/die cast components for network switches and interface cables (Catalyst 3750 Series, Catalyst 3560 Series)
• Designed and fabricated custom electro-mechanical test fixtures to evaluate performance of high-speed interconnects and thermal performance of switches.
• Developed prototypes and mockups for marketing and trade shows.
• Conducted thermal, acoustic, and mechanical design verification testing on new products in Cisco’s advanced MDVT lab.
• Performed engineering failure analysis on test systems and customer returns.
• Wrote the DSBU acoustic specifications for new products and contributed to standardization of corporate colors amongst manufacturing partners.
• Developed remote test applications for automated environmental and destructive mechanical testing.
• Worked closely with marketing, compliance and manufacturing to bring several products to market in mass scale.
